Is a security deposit required for renting?
Yes. Typically, a standard monthly plan requires a two-month deposit based on the original price. However, if you choose to prepay for 3 months or more, the deposit is reduced to just one month. Deposits are refunded approximately 30 working days after the move-out process is completed.
What items are suitable for storage at this location?
Our units are ideal for seasonal clothing, books, suitcases, sports gear (such as diving or camping equipment), and business archives. Please note that food, flammable materials, and illegal chemicals are strictly prohibited.
