Service Overview
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and selected outlying areas, including Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. Residential and commercial addresses are both welcome.
How big is each box?
Each box measures 60 (L) x 40 (W) x 32 (H) cm and fits around 40 folded T-shirts. It’s ideal for clothes, books, documents and other small items.
What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum storage period is 1 month. No deposit is required.
Booking & Delivery
How do I book the service?
Just call us or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us how many boxes you need, your storage period and your delivery address, and we’ll arrange the rest.
How long do I have to pack?
You’ll have up to 14 days to sort and pack your items after box delivery.
Is the first delivery free?
Yes. Your first box delivery is free.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, but please let us know at least 2 working days before 3 PM. Late changes or cancellations may be subject to an admin fee.
Can I add more boxes later?
Yes. If you need more space during the storage period, just let us know and we’ll arrange extra boxes.
Fees & Access
Can I access my items during storage?
Yes. You can book a mid-term retrieval during your storage period. Every 2 months, one retrieval transport is free. Extra retrievals cost HK$18 per item, with a minimum charge of HK$90 per trip.
How do I arrange a return?
Please contact us by 3 PM at least 1 working day before your preferred return date. We’ll arrange delivery back to your chosen address.
Are there any extra charges?
Extra charges may apply for tunnel tolls, parking, stairs, long carrying distances or remote areas. We’ll confirm any possible surcharges before you book.
Is there a weight limit per box?
Yes. Each box has a maximum weight limit of 23 kg.
Items & Use Cases
Can I store suitcases?
Yes. Suitcases can be stored separately. This is ideal if you only need to store one or two suitcases.
What items are not allowed?
For safety and hygiene reasons, please do not store flammable items, chemicals, food, drinks, plants, animals, perishable goods or illegal items.
Is this service good for moving or renovation?
Yes. It’s a great option for temporary storage of clothes, books, documents and other small items during a move or renovation. For larger items like furniture, we recommend a different furniture storage service.
Is it suitable for students?
Yes. It’s a good fit for student storage, including clothes, books, notes, bedding and other dorm items.
Can I store office files or work supplies?
Yes. It works well for office supplies, stationery and small equipment. If you need to store business records or large volumes of documents, document storage plan may be better.
Warehouse Security & Care
Will you open my boxes?
Normally, no. Each box is sealed with a security tag and unique ID. We only open boxes in rare cases, such as suspected dangerous or illegal items, strong odours or lawful requests from authorities.
Where are my boxes stored?
Your boxes are stored in our indoor, climate-controlled warehouse in Hong Kong. The facility has 24/7 CCTV, smart access control and staff-only entry.
Do you provide cleaning and pest control?
Yes. We arrange regular cleaning and pest control to keep the warehouse clean and well maintained.
