Frequently Asked Questions

We serve residential and commercial addresses throughout HK Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, including Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay (additional surcharges may apply for remote areas).
Each box is approx. 60 (L) x 40 (W) x 32 (H) cm – roughly enough to fit 60 shirts. It’s perfect for clothes, documents, collectibles, and student belongings.

The minimum rental is 1 month with a minimum spending of HK$800 per order.

We recommend ordering a few extra boxes to be safe. We only charge for the boxes you actually use; empty boxes will be collected for free.
For the safety of our team and your belongings, each box is limited to 23kg.
Please book your retrieval by 3 PM on a working day (Mon-Sat) for delivery as early as the next working day.
Standard fees cover storage and transit. However, tunnel fees, parking, or stairs (if no elevator) are charged based on actual costs. All potential surcharges will be clearly stated before confirmation.
Yes. Suitcases can be stored individually for $75 per item per month.
Absolutely. All boxes are stored in our indoor central warehouse with 24/7 monitoring and climate control. Every box is sealed with a unique security tie for your peace of mind.
