Stable Temperature & Humidity
The ideal condition for long-term storage is a stable temperature of 11–17°C and a relative humidity of 55–80%. This prevents premature oxidation from heat or aging stalls from extreme cold. Insufficient humidity can cause corks to dry and crack, while excessive humidity may lead to mold on labels.
Unlike domestic refrigerators, which struggle to maintain these precise levels, professional wine cellars are equipped with specialized climate control systems ideal for long-term aging.
Protection from Light & Vibration
Wine is particularly sensitive to light; UV rays can damage polyphenols and aromatic molecules, leading to premature aging and loss of flavor. Even standard indoor lighting can affect wine quality over time, which is why our cellars use UV-free LED lighting.

Domestic fridges are generally too cold and dry. Constant door opening creates temperature fluctuations and vibrations that are unsuitable for long-term aging.
How long can wine be stored?
While table wines last 5-10 years, premium vintages can age for around 20-50 years if stored in a professional, low-vibration, climate-controlled cellar.
What are your temperature and humidity standards?
We maintain a constant 11–17°C and 55–80% RH year-round, compliant with international wine storage recommendations to minimize oxidation and cork damage.
Are there access restrictions?
No. Our cellars are accessible 24/7 via smart card or facial recognition, allowing you to retrieve your wine whenever you wish.

No. Your privacy is paramount. Every unit has an independent lock managed solely by the customer. We only access units upon legal request or with explicit customer authorization.
