First time moving in Hong Kong? These quick tips can help you plan your move more smoothly.

Try to book your moving company in advance, especially for weekends, month-ends or public holidays when demand is high.

If you live in a building with management, inform the property management office ahead of time so they can arrange lift usage and temporary parking.

Before packing, sort your belongings into categories: items you use often, items you seldom use, things to discard and items suitable for storage.

Label each box with the room name or item type – this makes unpacking and organising at your new place much easier.

Defrost the fridge in advance, drain remaining water from the washing machine and give other appliances basic protection.

If any large furniture needs dismantling, let the moving team know early so they can plan for it.
Important documents, cash, jewellery and small electronic devices are best kept with you during the move.
This reduces the chance of loss and gives you extra peace of mind.
When your belongings arrive, take time to count the boxes and check the condition of large furniture and fragile items.
If some items are going into mini storage, place more frequently used items near the front of the unit for easier access later.
If severe weather is forecast, moving schedules may need to be adjusted for safety. It’s a good idea to stay in touch with the moving company so any changes can be arranged promptly.

You can request a quote by phone, WhatsApp or through our website form. Simply share your moving date, locations, item types and quantities, and we will provide an initial estimate. If needed, we can also arrange an on-site assessment.
Our fees are based on moving distance, item volume, stair or lift conditions, furniture dismantling and any additional services. All charges will be explained clearly before booking.
Yes. We can dismantle and reassemble beds, wardrobes, cabinets and other large furniture to make moving easier and reduce the risk of damage.
Yes. We offer flexible storage options for items you do not need immediately. With branches across Hong Kong, you can choose a convenient location and retrieve your items later. See our mini storage branches page for details.
We recommend sorting and packing items in advance, emptying drawers and cabinets, and informing your building management of your moving date so they can arrange lift and parking access. Please keep valuables with you.

Booking 2-3 weeks in advance is ideal, especially for weekends, month-ends and public holidays. For urgent moves, contact us to check availability.

There are no hidden charges. All fees are listed on the quotation. If additional items are added or special circumstances arise on moving day, we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
If you need to change or cancel your moving date, please let us know at least 4 working days in advance (5 days around public holidays) before 3 pm. Late changes may incur an administrative fee.
In severe weather, safety comes first. We will review the situation and coordinate with you to reschedule or adjust the timing if needed.
Our staff are strictly prohibited from asking customers for tips. If you have any feedback about our team’s service, please contact us and we will follow up promptly.
After your items arrive, we recommend checking them with our team. If you notice any damage or loss, please inform us on the same day so we can review the case and assist with the follow-up.
