License Document Delivery Service

New Customers using “Apple Moving” for their initial moving-in to mini storages may receive license document delivery service for FREE. Customers may then complete their license procedures at home instead of at our branches in person!

  2. For the service of Apple Moving, separate quotations and bookings in advance are required. Please contact our staff for details.

An existing customer successfully referring a relative or friend to use the mini storage services of Apple Storage or U SPACE may receive Supermarket Cash Coupons! The referral may also receive a $100 mini storage Cash Rebate immediately!


  1. An existing customer referring a friend to use the storage services of Apple Storage or U SPACE Mobile Storage may receive 1 month’s Extra Rental Period or $400 Supermarket Cash Coupons (either 1 of the 2 options).
  2. A referee should be an existing customer of Apple Storage with at least 3 months valid rental period.
  3. A referral must be a new customer of Apple Storage.
  4. A referral must rent a mini storage with a prepayment of 3 months or above to enjoy this offer. This offer is not applicable to locker customers.
  5. If successfully referred a customer, the supermarket cash coupons would be available to the referee within 1 month after the full payment by the referral. There is no limit for a referee to participate in this program.

Apple mini Storage provides free Parcel Collection Service for your ecommerce business ! From now on customer can enjoy one month “Free parcel collection” service for joining any 6 months or above storage plan.

Selected Branches:

  1. Join any 6 or 12 month mini-storage prepayment plan, customer can enjoy one month free of the "Parcel Collection Service".
  2. "Parcel Collection Service"  is only applicable to selected branches: New Territories: Tai Ping (unit 8D only), Eastern 4A (unit 4A only), Tsuen Wan Industrial Building, Koon Wah, Hung Wai. Kowloon: Harbour Sky, Hung Fook Industrial Bldg 7B (unit 7B only), Kwong Tai 1/F (unit 1/F only). Hong Kong Island: Chai Wan (unit 19A only).
  3. If the customer uses the "Parcel Collection Service", it means that the customer authorizes the branch staff of the Apple Mini Storage to open and enter the storage for the "Parcel Collection Service". The key of the Mini storage and the password has to be keep in the Apple mini-storage branch. Received goods will only be stored in the customer’s mini storage or mail box. The customer must ensure that the mini-storage has enough space to store it. If there is not enough space, Apple Mini Storage has the right to reject to receive the goods.
  4. Service time: Monday to Friday – 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. (except public holidays)
  5. The "Parcel Collection Service" does not include any document processing (eg, leaflet delivery/invoice) and any payment or settlement (including courier charges).
  6. If the customer arranges the courier company or other person to deliver goods to the branch, the branch staff must be notified 20 minutes in advance; if customer arrange courier/other person to pick up any goods from customer’s mini storage, the branch staff must be notified one working day in advance. If the branch staff does not receive any notice in advance or fails to contact the customer/ the courier company, branch staff has the right to reject any pickup of goods. If the goods is damaged or lost, Apple mini storage will not take responsibility.  
  7. The maximum of times of using the "Parcel Collection Service" per working day is 2 (including receive and pickup).
  8. First come, first served, while stock lasts
